Curative produced a crystal edition of David Flores' Tomodachi, a hand-set Swarovski sculpture released exclusively through the K-11 Design Store in Hong Kong.
Building on the Tomodachi character, Curative set out to produce a rare version of the seated dog. Each sculpture was set by hand with more than 8,500 Swarovski crystals.
The Crystal Tomodachi was released in four colorways, Black, Canary Yellow, Purple, and Ruby Red, in editions of 20 pieces each. Every piece was individually numbered and issued with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
Curative developed and produced the edition, then partnered with the K-11 Design Store in Hong Kong to bring it to collectors. The sculptures were sold exclusively through that retailer.
